We pledge to you the best service we can provide and personal attention for every order you place. All of our jewelry is handcrafted, using only the best materials. We make every effort to ensure the colors on the website closely reflect the actual pieces. The colors you see on your monitor may vary from the colors of our jewelry and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of color with your screen resolution.
If an item states OUT OF STOCK, we may still be able to fill your order. However, due to the inherent nature of Lampworked Borosilicate beads, slight variations in size and coloring will occur. If you wish to order an item that is OUT OF STOCK please contact us via email and we will make every effort to obtain the product to fill your order. Further queries can be communicated through email or telephone.
Any items being returned must be received by us within 21 days of the original purchase date with a copy of your original receipt. You must contact us prior to sending any returns, and provide us with the order number and date of purchase. Sale items may be exchanged for store credit only. There will be no reimbursement for shipping and handling charges. Wired on Glass is not responsible for returns which are lost in transit, so for your protection, please insure the return shipment and send it by registered mail.
If the product is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace it free of charge. Items damaged in any other mannner will be repaired for a flat fee of $25.00 Canadian funds plus the cost of any necessary additional materials.
